The Mission

The mission of the Sgt. Kennedy Ladon Sanders Foundation is to continue Kennedy’s spirit of compassion, courage, and service by creating programs that uplift families, inspire young leaders, honor sacrifice, and strengthen community.

We believe service is not only something remembered; it is something continued. Through education, outreach, recognition, remembrance, and acts of care, the foundation turns love into action and legacy into lasting impact.

Support the Mission

Carrying Her Legacy Forward

Kennedy’s compassion and service to others inspired the creation of this foundation. Her life reminded those around her that leadership begins with care, that service begins with love, and that one person’s light can continue to guide a community long after they are gone.

Our mission is to build from that light. The foundation exists to support people in moments of need, celebrate youth leadership, provide educational outreach, honor fallen heroes, and create meaningful ways for neighbors, donors, schools, churches, civic groups, veterans, businesses, and families to serve together.

This is a mission of possibility and hope. Every gift, every partnership, every volunteer, and every act of support helps extend Kennedy’s legacy into programs that touch lives, strengthen families, and remind the next generation that compassion still has power.

Honor

We honor Sgt. Kennedy Ladon Sanders and all fallen heroes by creating spaces and programs that teach the meaning of service, sacrifice, patriotism, and remembrance.

Serve

We serve families, youth, schools, and community members through outreach projects, charitable support, education, and partnerships rooted in compassion.

Inspire

We inspire young people to lead with courage, kindness, accountability, and purpose by recognizing service and encouraging community-building.
